Today in clontarf we installed a Henley Achill Inset stove, with flexible flue. What’s nostalgic about that, you may ask? Well the marble mantlepiece , fitted probably 20 years ago, was designed and produced by me. A combination of Carrara white marble hand carved , with Sepia connemara marble back panel and two tone hearth. Standing the text of time.

This chimney reline with flexible flue is completed in record time, thanks to the assistance of powered platform access.     When you take into account the chimney height , the frosted slates and the 0* temp, it was very welcome.

This very tidy stove fitted in clontarf, ticks a lot of boxes. Can be used as multi fuel or wood burner. Technical adviser informs me that due to its minimal surface exposure, it’s combustible distance requirements are reduced from those currently required for traditional inset Stoves.wpid-193447431.jpg
